Milena Radić

Born in 1989 in Kać, Serbia.


EDUCATION
  • 2004 - 2008 Secondary school for design "Bogdan Šuput" in Novi Sad, in the direction of interior design and industrial products. In the third year, professors from the art department noticed that my artistic poetry is more oriented towards painting than to design, and directed me to fine arts.
  • 2008 - 2012 Academy of Classical Painting in Sremska Kamenica. Bachelor of Fine Arts - class of professor Vasilije Dolovački.
  • 2010 I was declared a student of the generation.
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • since 2012 Fine Artist, Painter - Working on daily basis on my paintings and drawings, preparing various exhibitions, working on commission.
  • 2020 - 2022 Art Teacher (Founder) - Art Distric NS, Kać, Serbia
  • 2018 - 2019 Art Teacher (Full-time) - Elementary School "Sonja Marinković", Novi Sad, Serbia
  • 2014 - 2020 Art Teacher (Part-time) - UG 4art, Novi Sad, Serbia
SHORT BIO

During my studies, I have participated in several, both domestic and international, fine art colonies and exhibited at many collective exhibitions. In 2013, I gave an interview for the BBC documentary film - "It's my generation".

I was mentioned several times in the media and was a guest on TV shows that cover artistic and cultural topics.

I had big solo exhibition in gallery "Lazar Vozarević" - Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia, as well as in gallery "Meander" - Apatin, Serbia.

I have participated in numerous group exhibitions, such as International Exhibition "MINI AKT vol4" in gallery "Gallery 37" - Nicosia, Cyprus and 17. INTERBIFEP in Centar za kulturu - Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
